Privacy Policy

We collect only the data needed to operate the service.

Discord Data: Discord user ID, Discord username, Discord avatar, Discord guild ID, Discord guild name, Discord roles and permissions, Discord channel IDs selected for bot features.

Albion Online Data: Character name, character ID, guild membership, killboard and battle data, equipment, weapon and build data, fame and activity information.

Service Data: CTA records, attendance records, regear calculations, balance and payout records, application records, admin actions, system logs.

Subscription Data: Selected plan, subscription status, subscription start and end date, Discord user and guild linked to the subscription.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, financial card numbers, passwords or private Discord messages.

We use collected data to provide the Discord bot features, authenticate users through Discord, check guild access and permissions, manage subscriptions, track CTA attendance, calculate regear, display battleboard and killboard data, manage applications, sync guild members, send Discord notifications, improve reliability and security, and prevent abuse and unauthorized access.

When you log in with Discord, we use Discord authentication to identify your account and check which servers you can access. We do not receive or store your Discord password.

The bot may require permissions to read server data, send messages, manage roles or perform selected guild management actions. The exact permissions depend on the features enabled by the guild administrator.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share or process data with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting providers, database providers, payment or subscription providers, Discord, Albion Online public APIs, and monitoring or logging systems. We may also disclose data if required by law or necessary to protect the service from abuse.

Data is stored as long as needed to provide the service, maintain logs, process subscriptions, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations. Guild administrators may remove certain guild data through the panel where supported.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no online service is 100% secure. You should keep your Discord account secure and limit admin access to trusted users.

You may stop using the service, remove the bot from your Discord server, request deletion of certain data, request correction of inaccurate data, or contact support about privacy questions. Some data may need to be retained for billing, security, abuse prevention or legal reasons.

The service depends on Discord and Albion Online-related public data sources. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own Terms and Privacy Policy.

The service is intended for Discord users and guild administrators who meet Discord's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from children below the required age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be updated.
