Terms of Service

AlbionGM is an Albion Online guild management system that provides tools including CTA management, CTA templates, build system, regear management, attendance tracking, battleboard, killboard, member management, application system, balance and CTA payout tools, Discord notifications, and a web control panel.

The service is designed to help Discord communities manage Albion Online guild operations more efficiently.

The service uses Discord login, Discord server data and Discord bot permissions to operate.

By using the service, you confirm that you have permission to add or manage the bot in the selected Discord server, you understand that server access depends on Discord permissions, you will not misuse the bot, API, dashboard or automation features, and you will comply with Discord's own Terms, Developer Terms and policies.

If Discord restricts, suspends or changes access to its platform, some service features may stop working or become limited.

Access to the web panel is provided through Discord authentication. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. We are not responsible for actions performed through your Discord account if your account is compromised or shared with others.

We may restrict, suspend or remove access if you abuse the service, attempt to bypass permissions, use the system for spam or harmful activity, violate these Terms, or violate Discord rules or applicable laws.

A subscription activates the service for one Discord server. Available plans include Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, and Yearly. 6-month and yearly plans may include a discount.

Subscription access is linked to the selected Discord guild. One subscription does not automatically activate multiple servers unless explicitly stated.

Payments are handled through the selected payment or subscription method. You are responsible for selecting the correct server and plan before completing a subscription.

Subscription access may be disabled if payment fails, expires, is cancelled, refunded or disputed.

Refunds are handled according to the payment provider's rules and our own refund policy. Unless required by law or approved manually, completed subscription payments may be non-refundable.

The service may process Discord guild information, Discord user information and Albion Online-related data to provide features. This may include Discord user ID, Discord username, Discord guild ID, guild name, roles and permissions, Albion Online character or guild data, CTA participation data, regear and payout records, and application records.

You must not use the service to harass, abuse, dox or unfairly target users.

You agree not to reverse engineer, attack or exploit the service, use the service for spam, attempt to access another guild without permission, abuse Discord APIs or rate limits, upload or store illegal, harmful or misleading content, or interfere with the operation of the bot, web panel or database.

We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, Discord API issues, Albion Online API issues, database or queue problems, or hosting and network interruptions.

We may add, remove, update or limit features at any time. Some features may depend on Discord, Albion Online APIs or third-party services. If those services change, our features may also change.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, or create risk for the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for guild management decisions, incorrect payouts entered by users, lost game progress, Discord server moderation actions, API outages, data entered incorrectly by guild staff, or third-party service issues.
